Alhamdulillah, praise be to Allah πŸ™‚

Today fasting went smooth except a bit dizzy in the afternoon. But that’s owkay for a newbie in insomniac late nite goers’ club like me πŸ˜› Reallyyyyy i miss sleeping like baby, without any nightmare, sadness, fear and worry ! πŸ˜›

Ehmm.. i’ve been away from facebook for couple of days, or weeks? which is good for i dont have to see more things that makes me even sadder πŸ™‚ Life was good when there was no such facebook, life was good when there was no such people who all of sudden broke in to my life, claimed as this and that, said nice things and then broke my heart when they left hehe πŸ˜€ Making me not more than such a transit terminal πŸ™‚ Well, some people are really have no idea of what they’re saying, while some others never really mean what they say, some people judge without even care to know of what one had to go through before that judgement. Some others didnt even think the consequences of what they have been uttered so easily to someone’s life, and let alone their sincerity πŸ™‚

By the way, such a relieve to know that some friends are really missing you… Guys, my phone and emails are 24hours available πŸ™‚

also, I’ve been away from the place i like the most: kitchen πŸ˜€ Except for that last crumble apple cake, i cooked nothing. But i watched an ad in NHK tv program today and saw something like a japanese bakwan but dry, less flour yet dunno what were the inggredients haha πŸ˜€ So, i tried to imitate of what i saw today on that NHK tv program.

Here are what we need (my version):
shrimps (marinade with lemon water and salt for 10′), carrot, parsley, 2-3 tablespoon of wheat flour, salt, pepper, sliced red chillis, sliced onion, sliced garlic.

Things to do are mix the inggredient all together, a bit of water and flour (we only need aΒ  bit of flour to stick the carrots, shrimps and chillis), take about a spoon of the dough and fry untill it become golden brown. Serve it with chilli sauce πŸ™‚

And i aggred to name this recipe as : BAKWAN UDANG NHK TV hehe πŸ˜€ the idea is to make a dry, less flour bakwan πŸ™‚

i finally found its name is KAKIAGE hahaha πŸ˜€
